A NOTE FROM SASSY CITY CHICKS
We like shoppers to keep in mind that our events are essentially traveling sample sales that are held in various venues, in multiple cities throughout the year. Each event is different and the ambiance and atmosphere varies from event to event. We hope that shoppers enjoy the perks that are included and offered at our events and that shoppers also keep in mind that the typical amenities of department store shopping is not possible at sample sales. Dressing rooms are communal, designers that participate vary from event to event, every designer discounts their merchandise differently (but in order to participate they are required to have a minimum 20% discount off of retail), gift bag contents vary, beauty treatments are based on availability and alcohol is not the focus of our events. Our mission is to bring a fun “girly” event to your city where you can get a group of girlfriends together and enjoy a cocktail or a cup of early morning coffee, while shopping until your heart’s content,  where everything is at discounted prices. Getting a gift bag and a massage while your there is always a plus too and we hope you enjoy our events as much as we enjoy putting them together for you! We've listed some frequently asked questions about our events and all of your important questions are answered below. ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Sorry, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

MY FRIEND CAN’T ATTEND AFTERALL, SO CAN I GET HER GIFT BAG?
Unfortunately your friend must be present to redeem her gift bag. If you have purchased a 2 for 1 ticket and your friend cancelled last minute, feel free to bring another friend so that the ticket and gift doesn’t go to waste. We will process your friend at the door. We offer one gift per shopper regardless of the number of tickets that were purchased.

HOW MUCH OF A SAVINGS WILL I RECEIVE BY ATTENDING YOUR EVENT?
Most designers price their items between 20% to 80% off retail prices. Items consist of seconds, overruns, discontinued, last season, current season, well-known name brands, up and coming designs and more. In order for a designer to participate we require that they offer a minimum discount of 20% off of retail prices. We hand pick our designers and invite designers to participate if we feel they are a good fit for our event. Designers will not be invited to participate if we feel that their price points are too high and if their merchandise would not fit with the type of shopper we attract at our events.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Not for all of our sales however please make sure to pay attention to the event evite on our EVENTS page. Age requirements will be posted on the evite. Each sale is held at different venues and the age requirement changes. If the event is held at a hotel, there is no age requirement. If the event is held at a nightclub you MUST BE 21 to attend, no exceptions.

If there is no age requirement for the event you wish to attend, we suggest that you bring children later on towards the end of the event. Earlier on, the event tends to be very crowded and it is difficult to maneuver strollers. However your kids are certainly welcome and encouraged to come with you!

HOW MUCH ARE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS?
All general admission tickets are $3 unless noted otherwise on the evite. General admission tickets purchased at the door are cash only and they do not include any of the VIP perks including gift bags.

IF I BOUGHT A TICKET AND MY 2 FOR 1 FRIEND HAS CHANGED, DO I NEED TO INFORM SASSY CITY CHICKS?

Yes, please re-submit her info so that we can email her/him a ticket confirmation. Your friend will need to print that email out and bring it to the event. That is her/his ticket.  However, if it’s the same day as the event, our staff will not be able to process your change so please feel free to bring your friend, however your friend will be processed at the door which may cause a slight delay.

WHAT IF WE FORGET OUR TICKETS, CAN WE STILL ENTER THE EVENT?
Yes you can still enter the event however you will be directed to another check in area where there will be a slight delay in entering since a check in process will be done. Your name will need to be checked off on our list.

I WANT TO BUY A TICKET FOR THE EVENT TODAY BUT IT’S NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE ANYMORE. CAN I STILL ATTEND THE EVENT AND CAN I GET THE 2 FOR 1 PRICE?
Our shopping cart is available to purchase advanced tickets up until 10 a.m. the day of the event generally. Thereafter, tickets will not be available online for that particular event. If there are VIP tickets still available, you can purchase them at the door but you will not get the advanced ticket price discount. Tickets purchased at the door are CASH ONLY.

ARE BEAUTY TREATMENTS GUARANTEED?
Beauty treatments are not guaranteed and are available on a first come, first serve basis. These treatments are viewed as an additional value to your ticket and the services are a great perk to attending our events!

I just purchased my tickets, do I receive tickets in the mail?
No, your printed copy of your confirmation is your ticket & the ticket transaction will appear as Haute Life PR on your statement. Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. Don't forget to bring a printout of your ticket confirmation to the event.


FOR THE LA EVENTS ONLY- I just bought an advanced ticket and it says that early entry is part of my ticket. How does this work?
All advanced ticket holders get to shop first and enter first! All advanced ticket holders will get early entry however we do have a check in process so that shoppers can get their gift bags! We do our best to speed along the lines, however we do have the longest wait period the first 45 minutes of the event. Just please bring your ticket confirmation that you received when you bought your ticket, your ID and that will speed things along! Please note that if you forget your tickets or have other problems that keep you from entering thru our standard check in lines, we will re-direct shoppers to the Shopper Service line/representative. General admission is sold at the door only and entry begins at 11:30 am.

FOR THE LA EVENTS ONLY-If I wait to purchase my ticket at the door, can I still get early entry?
Yes, you can purchase your ticket at the door but you will not get the advanced ticket price. However, you can still enter at 10 am but the Sassy Gift is not guaranteed and is based upon availability.

General admission is $3 and sold at the door only. Entry for those tickets will begin at 11:30 am and do not include a Sassy Gift (cash only please).

Who are the Sassy Gift Sponsors and what is included in the gift bags?
Sponsors change for every event so gift bag contents vary, sizing varies as well. Gift bag contents are valued based on retail pricing and the value of gift bag always exceeds the advertised amount. An itemized breakdown of value is provided at the check in.

Gift bag sizing: If there is not a long line or large crowd, staff will be happy to switch out sizes. Shoppers can also switch out sizes upon exiting event. However swapping out product is not guaranteed.

How do i locate a particular designer at the event?
Designers do not have signage at booth spaces therefore if a shopper cannot locate a specific designer, please find management at the check in table. Staff is NOT easily visible throughout the event, however staff is always located at the check in area. A staff person or manager will be happy to direct you to the desired exhibitor/designer.

How can I participate as a designer?

What sizes are available?
Most designers size their clothing S, M, L & jeans are available through size 32 or so. Generally, most clothing fits women who wear up to a size 12.

Is there men’s clothing?
Yes! Usually men’s t-shirts are always available & sometimes more!

ARE THERE DRESSING ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes we offer dressing rooms and they are communal. Sometimes the dressing rooms are the men’s and women’s bathrooms So we suggest that you come prepared to try on clothes by wearing clothing that makes trying on clothes easier out in the open. For example wearing tank tops, leggings or dresses certainly helps out!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
All designers conduct their own transactions and most accept major credit cards, however bring CASH. Most of our venues have ATM’s however they do run out of cash and some designers will negotiate on price if you have cash.

ARE THE EVENTS CROWDED?
Our events range from being held on a Sunday morning to a nighttime Thursday event, therefore the busier times for each event vary. For a daytime event, shoppers tend to arrive early and a line typically forms about a half hour before the event starts. Therefore daytime events are most crowded about the first 2 hours.

The evening events generally are busier and more crowded after shoppers get off of work during the 6pm hour. And the event will stay crowded much later if shoppers want hit the town afterwards.
